Elsa from Frozen. I get more request for this than anything else. Its amazing how popular the movie is. I keep a sample up while Im at the park and the kids love it. Oh yeah and I know her hair isn't blond. Its more of a white color but I didnt like how it looked so I dyed her hair lol
